		<description>Your underlying position is based on a totally false statement: that the default position to &quot;no wind&quot; is coal.

To begin with it is not &quot;wind or coal,&quot; as no amount of wind will replace a single coal facility. 

Secondly, there are several other options, e.g. gas, nuclear and geothermal. All of these are far better than wind. If some take longer that is entirely due to the obstruction of those who profess to be interested in clean energy.
